Trust Center Access and Security Documents

The information within this Trust Center is the Confidential Information of symplr software LLC. The customer’s ability to access the Trust Center and its contents are subject to symplr’s approval, and are further subject to the customer having an appropriate non-disclosure agreement in place with symplr, or to having other appropriate, contractually binding confidentiality obligations in place with symplr. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the security documents accessed and used by the customer are applicable to the symplr products and product versions actually used by the customer. For on-premises deployments, the customer is responsible for managing and maintaining its own security controls, requirements, protocols and policies. The customer is solely responsible for any unauthorized, unpermitted, illegal, inaccurate or otherwise misleading use of the Trust Center or its contents.
